Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LeadClawd website and services ("Services") operated by Momentum Minds LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Description of Services

LeadClawd provides done-for-you setup, hosting, and management of OpenClaw and Clawdbot AI outreach agents. This includes dedicated VPS provisioning, software installation and configuration, platform connections, and optional maintenance support. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers of OpenClaw or Clawdbot.

Payment and Fees

You agree to pay the one-time setup fee and recurring monthly hosting fee for your selected plan. Payment is due as indicated at checkout. We accept payment via Stripe (card and other methods) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). For crypto payments, you must provide a valid transaction hash; setup may be delayed until we verify the payment.

Optional add-ons (e.g. managed maintenance) are billed in addition to your plan. Fees may change with notice; your current plan price is locked for the duration of your subscription unless otherwise stated.

Order Approval & Setup Timeline

Setup only begins once we have reviewed and approved your order. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. The 48-hour setup guarantee timeline begins only after we have approved the order — not at the time of payment.

48-Hour Setup Guarantee: If your AI outreach agent is not fully configured, tested, and running within 48 hours of order approval, you are entitled to a full refund of your setup fee. This guarantee does not apply to delays caused by your failure to provide required information, platform access, or completed intake forms.

Order Denial & Refund

We reserve the right to deny any order if the business, use case, or intended purpose is not a fit for our services. If an order is denied, we will issue a full refund of any amounts paid. This decision is made at our sole discretion and is final.

API Costs & Keys

Our AI agents rely on third-party API services (such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and others) to operate. Clients are responsible for:

• •Providing their own API keys for the required services.
• •Paying their own API usage costs directly to the API provider.
• •Maintaining sufficient API credit balances to keep their agent running.

API costs depend on usage — higher outreach volume means higher API costs, and lower usage means lower costs. We optimise your agent's configuration to keep API costs as low as possible while maintaining performance, but the actual cost is determined by the API provider and your usage volume.

No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion rates, or business results from the use of our Services. Results vary depending on factors including but not limited to: your industry, target market, offer quality, messaging, and market conditions. Most clients begin seeing meaningful results within approximately one month, though it can take several months depending on your specific situation. We may optionally provide guidance on improving your offer and messaging to help accelerate results, but this does not constitute a guarantee of any outcome.

Your Obligations

You agree to:

• •Provide accurate contact and payment information and comply with the terms of any third-party platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter) you connect to your agent.
• •Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
• •Not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our setup or hosting in a way that competes with our offering without prior written agreement.

Intellectual Property & No-Copy Policy

All configurations, setups, prompt engineering, targeting strategies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation provided as part of our Services are the intellectual property of Momentum Minds LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or use our configurations, setups, or SOPs for any purpose other than operating the agent we set up for you. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your service without refund and may be subject to legal action.

Account Risk & Platform Compliance

While we configure your agent to operate within safe daily limits, any form of automation on third-party platforms carries inherent risk. We are not responsible if your social media or platform accounts are suspended, restricted, or banned as a result of using automated outreach tools. Use of our Services is at your own risk. We advise on best practices but cannot guarantee compliance with platform terms of service.

Setup and Delivery

We aim to complete setup within 48 hours of order approval. Complex Agency setups can take up to 72 hours. Delivery depends on your timely completion of intake forms and provision of required access (e.g. platform accounts). We are not responsible for delays caused by your failure to provide information or access, or by third-party platform issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. We do not guarantee specific lead volume or business results from your use of OpenClaw or Clawdbot.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of third-party software (OpenClaw, Clawdbot) is subject to their respective terms and any limitations they impose.

VPS Data, Migration & Deletion

All server configurations, agent setups, prompt engineering, automation scripts, and related files hosted on your dedicated VPS are the proprietary work of Momentum Minds LLC.

Migration: If you wish to move your agent setup to your own infrastructure or a third-party provider, all migrations must be arranged exclusively through us. Self-extraction, copying, or unauthorised transfer of our configurations is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms and our Intellectual Property & No-Copy Policy.

Automatic Deletion: If your VPS subscription lapses due to non-payment and is not resolved within 7 days of the failed payment, all data, configurations, and agent setups on the server will be automatically and permanently deleted as a security measure to protect our proprietary work. This action is irreversible. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from non-payment.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or for any reason with reasonable notice where feasible. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases; we may delete or retain data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the VPS Data, Migration & Deletion section above.

Refunds

Setup fees are generally non-refundable once we have begun configuration work. If your order has been approved but setup has not yet started, we may offer a full refund at our discretion. Monthly hosting fees are non-refundable for the period already paid. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

Governing Law and Contact
